I N C R E D I B L E..... and disheartening / saddening at Best.
But, as earlier queried and as yet unanswered in my OP below, “what” is the current call on Zihua bay bacteria levels?
Has the municipal treatment plant been enlarged, and is now maintaining capacity equal to building levels? Are ‘other’ La Ropa/Madera high-density hotels currently guilty of this same caliber of practice, yet here unreported?
Potential new ‘transplants’ are definitely curious…… to absolutely confirm.
