Is there a little Nature Center in the hills between La Ropa and Las Gatas?
No, there is a very cruel attempt to draw in unsuspecting tourists and visitors that poses as a small zoo. They have no business keeping wild animals confined there, and fortunately the neighbors and other concerned citizens blocked their attempt to corruptly use public money to build a crocodile pen for their zoo. I refuse to list or recommend the place and I hope you will not patronize them. Wild animals belong in the wild. Not caged and enslaved for human entertainment.

Agreed, unless it's a place like El Refugio de Potosi which takes in injured animals and releases them into the wild after treatment,unless they can't be released. El Refugio does a great job and deserves our support.
