Water clarity

Nice shot!
We have seen the blue things both this year and last, but not recently. We decided they are definitely man made, but what, we don't know. They are very regular in size.
Our best guess is that they are debris from fireworks.
In the next week or so, we plan to paddle across the bay and snorkel that cool looking cove.
