You might want to "turn on" your email on your registration page so folks can respond to you. FWIW, when we were there a couple of weeks ago absolutely nothing was happening at Sotavento. I've heard, but have no personal knowledge, that they ran out of money and are unable to get additional financing.

I'm sure it's public knowledge that the place has been a morgue since last season. No visible sales staff or even guards. Does any one know how many folks have an investment there?
