street fair or market in Barra de Potosi?

At one time I understood this to be a village-wide street fair -- perhaps first ever (?) I did go to the handcraft market last year which was a lovely event, and I bought some goods from the local guild. Would go again either way, but would like to know if this event has been broadened or remains essentially like last year's.
