Z Optimistic Blues

It's always amusing to see how optimistic some folks are by the rebars jutting up from their rooftops, often with plastic bottles over them. It's a common scene throughout Mexico and especially here in Zihuatanejo. Apparently they hope to continue their construction someday when prosperity permits.

Yes, I've been struck by this nearly everywhere I've traveled in Mexico.
