Has anyone rented La Casita

Does anyone have feedback to La Casita in the Casa Que Ve Al Mar complex. We got an email back, but not from the owner but rather a representative. It is all cut and past using different fonts and looks odd/unprofessional. Also flipkey only shows 1 review from 2011 and 2 from 2010 and not much more info on the net.

I have no info and it doesn't appear that anyone else does, at least not yet. All signs point to this place just not feeling good. I've been coming to Z for 10 years and there are plenty of wonderful rental choices from what I hear just generally. So...if I were in your shoes I'd follow my instincts, just bag this one and look elsewhere. Ask the tourists who live more long-term in Z for their ideas on decent rentals. Ask Rob's mom, she's in the realty business in Z/Ixtapa.

Thanks for the info as it confirms my "instincts". We have an email into rob's mom yesterday. The Que Ve rental inquiry email has not been responded to in 5 days,so will wait and see if she can help. What has happened is 4 of us booked Alanamar 301A at Casa Que Ve Al Mar, and now another couple wishes to join. They want to stay in the same complex and have a budget of 1000.00/wk.
Push comes to shove then of course an alternate nearbye would be just fine(maybe even Catalina)as choice #2.

I suggest you ask Alan to query other rental owners at LCQVAM. He might be able to find your friends accommodations for the same time period

I agree. There should be plenty of condos available at Casa Que Ve Al Mar. We stayed there for about 7 years. Fabulous views.
I think Mollie manages La Casita for the owner, Kate. She is entirely reputable! We own at CVM.
