Has anyone rented La Casita

I have no info and it doesn't appear that anyone else does, at least not yet. All signs point to this place just not feeling good. I've been coming to Z for 10 years and there are plenty of wonderful rental choices from what I hear just generally. So...if I were in your shoes I'd follow my instincts, just bag this one and look elsewhere. Ask the tourists who live more long-term in Z for their ideas on decent rentals. Ask Rob's mom, she's in the realty business in Z/Ixtapa.
