Road construction for La Ropa

Translated page so grammar may not be correct.

The mayor Eric Fernandez Ballesteros announced today in an interview on a radio program that the coming month will begin work on the scenic road paving Playa La Ropa with stamped concrete.
Aside from being a super super slow and expensive work, work will affect the tourist influx during the coming peak season.
Stamped concrete is an excuse to waste money. The neat cement as Scenic Highway The Majahua would be fine, but the high cost and false appearance of stamped concrete is a waste of funds. Using the money to build a road with drainage and walkers quality, not as they are doing in the circuit of Las Salinas.
Besides, a road with stamped concrete would be very noisy. Residents of the Centre and we regret having agreed to accept the stamped concrete streets. Apart from the loud, its maintenance is very expensive because of the special painted layer, and the layer just looks nice for photo with politicians and that soon loses its color. It is an unnecessary waste of our taxes.
I recommend informing your neighbors to discuss the issue before it is too late.
I remain at your disposal for any further questions.

I thought I was reading someone else post, but after going back to it I saw that you had posted it. I guess you should have posted it here.

My post on Facebook that Marty translated quite terribly was sent to my friends who live and have businesses in La Ropa, and so far I have received nothing but thanks and praises for bringing the matter to their attention. It's up to them to meet with the city officials and get this done right instead of letting the city do things the way the untrustworthy officials want so as to create a huge economic windfall for them and waste millions of our tax pesos.

Sorry for the Translation. I guess google translate doesn't do a very good job, but I'm sure it was better than if I tried to translate it myself. I was trying to warn people on La Ropa of the mess it will cause. The narrow road being the only in and out of the area.

Why don't you write it in English here now so people can get your true thoughts. I'm sure it will come out better than the translation.
