Road construction for La Ropa

My post on Facebook that Marty translated quite terribly was sent to my friends who live and have businesses in La Ropa, and so far I have received nothing but thanks and praises for bringing the matter to their attention. It's up to them to meet with the city officials and get this done right instead of letting the city do things the way the untrustworthy officials want so as to create a huge economic windfall for them and waste millions of our tax pesos.
