Hola, I'm curious if there are any dental surgeons that you would trust to do a surgical dental implant? thanks, david

I believe several have been recommended by readers in previously posted messages that the two search engines can help you find (that's why I save helpful messages).

I am quite interested in the answer to this question as well. Neither of Rob's search engines produces a match for dental implant, and so far the only responses to this topic have referred to crowns. Any information on dental implants would certainly be appreciated.

Dr. Rosario is an excellent dentist. I have used her for crowns and been very satisfied. She is not a dental surgeon. When people ask about implants, she refers them to a dental surgeon in Morelia who she works with. She explained that the procedure would require a long time, and many trips to Morelia. She said that she used to work with a dental surgeon in Ixtapa, but was not pleased with the results. Implants were breaking, etc. Hope this info is helpful.

Yes, exactly....she is not a surgeon. I should have been more clear in my statement that she would be my 1st stop- I meant that she would send me in the right direction. Not knowing anything about implants, she is who I would go to for info, education, recommendation, etc.

I believe the brother of the Díaz twins is a dental surgeon and he will come to Zihuatanejo from Cuernavaca where he has his own office.

It is a long process! I had two done , started in Jan and ended in June.
Our son in laws father is a Dentist in Mexico City and quoted 2800 cdn for two. The timeline was a problem. Had to pay 8700 in Calgary.There is no shortcut in the timeline.
