Dogs on the Beach, again

Katherine, with all due respect, after all the years you've been here and all the money you've invested and spent here you have every right to tell them to shove the damned permit up their pooper! It's what I would do without blinking an eye. We don't let our dog off the leash because she's not well behaved in that respect like yours and we don't feel like chasing her down, but all of the other 10 or so dogs we've had over the years here, including when I lived at La Ropa, certainly walked La Ropa unleashed, and only one, Hershey, became a nuisance and so we removed him and found him a home on a huerta at Playa Larga where he lived out his years happily frolicking with the local pack.
