Rob, thanks for your input. We only want to enjoy our peaceful morning walks with our dog. If that requires playing by the rules, then we will continue to play. We wish the rules were different, but they are not.

Yes, Katherine, I understand that, but sometimes you have to stand up for your rights. They are only "rules" if you allow them to be imposed upon you. In my mind they don't even exist. You can "play" by them if you want, but I'm not.
