the taxi problem is not affecting those who DO TAKE taxis. It is only affected those of us with our own cars when we are transporting our friends/family. It will not affect you, as a tourist.
Please come- enjoy beautiful Zihua. As mentioned above, this is not new here nor elsewhere. You never noticed it before- it won't affect you now.
