I should have taken the Advice !

A while back I asked about the highway from Salitrera to Altamirano #134 ,I was told not to take that road ,The Friend I hired to go get the new Rig ," said no problem "
Made the trip Tuesday ,could have used a full package of Depends !
Live and learn ,We took a different route coming back ,I will post a trip report ,When I settle my nerves a bit more !

Why? Security, bad road or what??

Like driving in the worst Mountain road You could imagine ,Switch backs ,range Animals ,crazy drivers You name it !

We have done it twice in the past and had wonderful experiences both times. They were both long ago and we were warned by several people that it was a dangerous road. Possibly will do it again one day.

Did You try it pulling a Trailer ? That was a bit scary !

The second time was in a big motor home. Sometimes you wondered which side of the road the car meeting you should pass.

My experience with that road suggests that it is much more harrowing for the driver than it is for passengers. And I don't want to say "I told you..." but I think I could!
