Is Villa de la Selva really closed?

We always spend our anniversary here for dinner, going back to 1989, but we were told that it closed a little while ago, not to reopen. Is this for real? If so, why are their still new reviews on Tripadvisor? Does anybody know what is going on? Thanks to you all.
