Old Huge Tree by the basketball court
Does anyone know why they cut this tree down during the night and wee morning hours"? Is this a thing of the future? Should we be worried this is going to take all the big trees down off the walkway?

We were told it was breaking down the electric lines and about to fall over as it was over 100 years old.. I know Daniel's had no side walk lights as the tree broke them down. That is what we were told when we ask as we were very sad to see that great tree go!

It fell down on it's own Thursday morninng while we were having breakfast...

You could see by looking at the roots that it had fallen over, and they were just cutting it up to remove it. Such a loss!
