Just got back from first Sat night in Ixtapa.After reading of all the declines in restaurants here I think you should hear of a real sucess.When Caroline left Soleiado many thought the place would fall apart.However Edmund ,(Julians brother (Mediterano)sp has made it better.The place has been expanded,menu and food better and new toilets put in,It was packed tonight with what looked to be condo owners and condo renters.This was always best restaurant in Ixtapa,and still is.

Hi norm, where abouts is this in relation to say franks or Reuben's burgers.

It is right across from the Park Royale. We have been going there for breakfast and supper for many years! Great fun and food. Glad to hear it hasn't changed, will be there in 44 days!
