Stretching Z Legs

This March has provided the most rainfall on record for Mexico, and our forecasters tell us to expect more rain between now and hurricane season due to a confluence of circumstances. Looking forward to it, but I hope we have time to prepare our house for the eventual and unfortunately more frequent than ever downtown flooding. I wonder if the hillsides will be turning green early this year?
