RIP BETTY DAVIS
Hi To All
In case you don't know this woman by name she is part of the " mother and daughter" team that are usually down Jan - Feb - going on 34 years now.
Betty passed due to complications from lung cancer/ myodysplastic syndrome and severe infections.
I am devastated. She was my travel partner, my exploring mate, she was my mother, my rock!
Miguel,Issac, Ita, Chay, Casa Arcadia Boys, Juan Carlos, Sulima, Marshall,Aldo,Hank and Valerie,Victor, Eloisa, Joe - go Hawks!! Kenny, Tanya, Nadia, Jack, Lorenzo,Mary Ellen, Debbie, Lynnda and many more,as I stated that may not know her name but know who she is. Sylvia, Ken, Roberto,Robert, etc etc. I'm sorry if your name is not mentioned, as my head is a ball of fuzz right now.
As we had no family up here, she always considered her family down there.
I am hoping to get down next year, and will deal with things at that time. hope to see you all!!

Sorry to hear about your mother. Our thoughts are with you. Your mom was a great lady, and quite a wit! We've enjoyed and appreciated hosting you two at the flophouse bar. Hope to see you the next time you make your way down. Joa and Carlos
RIP BETTY DAVIS
Sharon,
So sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom. We also have been going to Z since 1982 so that was probably the first year we met you two. Stayed at Amueblados Valle with you girls and had many a good time there with you both.
Will be good to see you there next winter.
Karen and Dick
RIP BETTY DAVIS
Hola Sharon.....we are so sad to hear of your Moms passing. Met Betty on a street corner while on our honeymoon in Z. She was the first to ask "where you from?". Don't see too many tourists down here she said! Imagine our surprise when she said she was from Surrey and imagine hers when we said "Williams Lake! " That was 1986
