This guy got caught red-handed trying to steal a tourist's suitcase that fell off their vehicle near the Lookout Point in Ixtapa. They followed him after watching him pick it up but he denied having it even when confronted by the police... until they handcuffed him and put him in the back of their vehicle. Then his memory got better. ¡Rata de dos patas!
I don't recommend the services of UTAAZ taxi #0311!
