Ah Freddy- For the next 3 months/this season, it is a month to month rental.

We are definitely looking for a 12 month renter, but for now, it's month to month.

Good people, from what brief encounters I have had with them, just note this is month to month for this season and they are looking for yearly renters in 2019 as they explained to me. So therefore this is not a month to month rental like the post states.

Just sharing as an FYI for potential inquiries.
Nonetheless email them, I know the location and it’s great!
