We've had a slight increase in weekend visitors, and the roads and beaches were a little busier today than they've been so far during the week. Good for the beachfront restaurants at Las Gatas, La Isla, Playa Linda, Barra de Potosí and others.

El Refugio de Potosí is a center for wildlife conservation and environmental education. Among its attractions, it features a fully reconstructed sperm whale skeleton (the only one in Mexico), an observation tower, a wheelchair accessible footpath for observing local flora and fauna, and a butterfly pavilion.
