Finally got pesos at Scotiabank; US exchange rate was 14.4. All on-line sources list exchange rate slightly over 17. Am I missing something other than it’s the Scotiabank Bank? Most often I get just about exactly what the online exchange rate is reported. Apologies for bringing back such a reoccurring subject.
