You'd probably have more luck chatting up passengers waiting in line for immigration. It's always worked for me.

There were 3 airport ATMs when we were there 10days ago. As long as you decline the suggested conversion you’ll ne fine

A couple of questions - How is the airport ATM working lately and are there any tips beside declining the very low exchange rate offer?
