Tropical storms are so erratic it is best to look at 3 sites or so and see if there is a trend.

which site do you view as most accurate given that it is a weather prediction?

None by themselves, though I put more stock in Mexican weather forecasts. I check Meteored on my homepage which has a great future forecast map, Accuweather which is usually fairly accurate, Windy, Servicio Meteorológico Nacional, Weather Underground, 4-Day Forecast, and even my iPhone's weather app. Then there's our local historical weather that we know by the names of their saints days. You'll see me refer to those every now and then, too. If they all generally agree then I'll halfheartedly believe their general consensus. It's a fool's errand at best, which is why I mostly tongue-in-cheek it.

My WEATHER page has several links to forecasts, and there's another one on my homepage. Milenio news channel also has daily weather reports.

No rain Sunday night, though I could see a huge thunderstorm pass by right off the coast. Monday was another warm day, but it seemed a bit milder than previous days. There was a light breeze during part of the late morning and early afternoon. After dark, clouds rolled in covering the moon and the stars, though the weather maps show nothing. Nevertheless, the chance of rain is 60% this evening and 70% this Tuesday. Wouldn't that be nice? Less than 3 weeks until the Eastern Pacific Hurricane Season officially ends.

A front-end loader was working part of the downtown beach this morning, ignoring any possible turtle nests as they planed it for an upcoming beach soccer tournament scheduled to start this coming Friday. Oh boy. There's gonna be a run on beer in nearby stores! Better stock up.

Not sure why the municipal government only sifted the beach sand on Playa Principal in front of the museum for a day or two then quit. Among all the cigarette butts, plastic bottle tops, can pop-tops, and the daily flotsam from the ocean, there's a lot of small plastic pieces that should be cleaned up. But it seems our municipal government remains in simulation mode only. Disappointing.

A spacious and verdant 6-bedroom private beachfront villa with a pool on Playa Troncones that can be rented in its entirety or as individual suites and bungalows by the day or by the week. There's an outdoor BBQ area and areas for various outdoor activities. Any closer to paradise would be hard to get.
