Every branch of government. 75M voters disagree with you and I don’t think you have any evidence to suggest they all watch Fox News and hate women and people of color. I’m a girl dad, love my wife and daughter and am also not a racist. No one cares what you think about the next administration- my advice would be to listen to the voters and run a better candidate in 4 years rather than name calling everyone who disagrees with you.

I am a long time reader, with this my first post. Carval was right many years ago when he said that: "It is the economy stupid." All the major countries of the planet are voting out of office all the leaders who husbanded their countries through the pandemic. The entire world is working themselves out of their financial crisises. This, from my humble opinion, was bound to happen. This mafia don did not get elected for any mandate to crash the country, but as a backlash over the hardships that people have endured. There are many more cartels in the USA than in Mexico and they will now work to continue to rob the middle and working classes. This criminal President elect took understandable discontent and channeled into racism, sexism, nazi ideas, control of women and all the hateful rest. They have overreached and will pay the price, over time. This is also a local issue. We Mexican people will have to protect our citizens up there and here from the mobs of racists and zenofobes already molesting them. The shame of it all! In Chula Vista, California, a few years ago, a local community college mounted a production of French playwright Molière's The Miser but set in Mexico and titled The Miser of Mexico. Albeit with a Mexican flair, it was very true to the original plot until the very end. Whereas the original play ends on a silly light-hearted note, similar to the antics throughout the entire play, the ending of The Miser of Mexico was anything but happy.

Presidente Sheinbaums's Secretario de Seguridad Pública, Omar García Harfuch, is the right man for the job, although the gobierno gringo keeps criticizing Mexico for not doing things their way. Although I like Ambassador Ken Salazar, he's hurt his own image with his criticisms. Some valid, others not so much, but he's an AMBASSADOR, not someone who should be criticizing Mexico for the way its government does things. Folks in the USA will just have to forgive Mexico for not blindly trusting the USA and accepting all their "help". And the incoming U.S. government will be even less trusted by Mexico as well as the rest of the world. So there's that.
