Hi, I bought a condo in La Ropa thru Tim Sullivan as he was representing the seller. Excellent transaction. He was always available to answer any questions and the whole experience was positive. It is a big purchase buying real estate not just the financial commitment but navigating the different system here can be overwhelming, so having a trusted experienced agent is a must. Good luck.
