True. When they decided to really fight corruption, they switched to no cash unless at a bank. If you have a Mexico issued credit card you can pay at the office. Otherwise, like us, we just print out the form, stop by a bank and then go to the office when we are in the mood to stand around a bit.

Often I can print out government forms if I change browsers. No consistency as to which one they like, it seems to be hit and miss. I used Chrome for this form.

You can only pay at the office if you have a Mexican credit card. They will not accept cash either.

I still can't get the website to work. It just spins and spins after inputting the information. Do you really have to make an extra stop at a bank to make the payment this year? We have always paid at the office.

Go pay at a bank, take the receipt and two copies of your last years registration. 10% discount in January, 8% in Feb.

Ours is 726 pesos.

At the Fianza office this week, all they wanted from me was a copy of last year's registration.

Tried looking online, but after inputting the serial number and plate number, it just spins and spins. Last year was a nightmare. We didn't get our moto plates until July. It seems like the requirements change from year to year. Anyone know what is required this year?
