I gave Ilana a choice...walk a few blocks into Centro to check out Tamales Any or eat @ the ALWAYS DEPENDABLE Lety's. It wasn't a contest. We were hungry.

Lety's won. It's almost futile for me to review one of the most famous restaurants in the Z. area, so I won't other than to say that Ilana had her first taste of the Coconut Shrimps, which I compared to eating a smoked meat sandwich in my native Montreal, and I had the spicy octopus.

All was well.

Oh, and our dishes came with the traditional local vegetables of steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrot, which were completely consumed without further comment :}
