But I didn't see anything talking about how to get to the water taxi. I assume we can just walk to all of the various beaches once the taxi drops us off on the Isla, or do we have to request a drop off at a certain beach?

edit: Ok so I just went back to the maps page to see where I missed a map that showed where Playa Linda was. I found the notation to Playa Linda/Isla Ixtapa with an arrow at the top of the map, but you can't blame a guy for missing that the first time.

I am looking for info on how to get to Isla Ixtapa from Zihua, and any recommendations on what to do there. I would prefer to take the water taxi from Playa Linda, but I am not sure where Playa Linda is and I am not familiar with how to find the water taxi.

I am actually coming from Barra de Potosi, and I am assuming that I need to take the bus into Z, and then catch the micro to Playa Linda. If there is a way to bypass Z and go straight to Playa Linda, that might be helpful. If no bypss option then how do I find the correct micro that goes to Playa Linda?

On the return take same bus get off at the Casista just past City hall [munisipal build][sp] cross the road and get the "peta" bus going out of town.
