The bus that runs from Zihua to La Union will stop in the Entronque of Troncones, then you have to either catch a ride or wait for the combies... I am not sure how often they run, but the do run.

(reply) Sort of. You must take the La Union bus telling the driver you want off at Troncones. He will drop you off at a small tienda where in anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes a van will show up with a ride into the town/beach.
