Hopefully you went out to Paracutin, the volcano. It, along with the National Park are major attractions.

We just returned from 3 days in Uruapan, which I'm still having trouble pronouncing and Patzcuaro. Loved Patzcuaro and Lake Patzcuaro but didn't care much for Uruapan except for the National Park. For more details check out the last few days entries on my blog www.zihuathyme.wordpress.com.
