Glad I could help. It is funny how often restaurants are called by the names of their owners, rather than the "official" name. For "instance, we call "El Murmullo" "Israel's" -- probably because we knew him long before he opened the restaurant. And everyone calls Cafe Marine "Joe's"! Then there is "Julian's" (El Mediterraneo). So many good restaurants in Zihua!

Be sure & check out his Nephew-in-law's Cafecito right next door.
Great coffee, frappes, etc & excellent cake. Spice, Lime & Chocolate.

Thank you Katherine. We found it and loved it. Funny thing is we have been looking for it for 5 weeks and walked by it so many times. I guess you just have to know it is Joe's as that name is nowhere to be seen.

If you are referring to (Joe's) Cafe Marina, it is on the Paseo del Pescador, right next to the basketball court. If you are facing the water, it is on your right. My favorite restaurant in Zihua. Be sure to order something that comes with salsa chipotle!
