dogs on the beach (reply)

so what ever happen to 'dogs on the beach' issue?

Scroll down or back a page or two, please. It's all right there. Local and foreign dog owners agree to simply ignore the rule that the Directora de Ecología is trying to impose against the wishes of the majority of locals and visitors. If anyone is harassed by the Eco-Guardias or whatever they're called just be polite and keep walking away from them. They will not call them police, though if they did the video would be worth gold to put this matter to rest once and for all.
