Went there today. Only have tongue on Sunday. BOOO! Had a lovely meal. Morris had Chili Rellenos and loved them.

And on Sunday you can get lengua en etafado, which I think is better, at Dona Licha....

It's too late to try them today....but they are neither salty or spicy, they are just boiled, you add your own spice....

It is near Cacahuate. It is not that expensive. Carmen is a GREAT cook!

And Tiburon is in San Jose Ixtapa. Sigh. I wish I were there!

If you know where the Log Cabin is on the road to Ixtapa, it's just to the left. Hard to spot, they don't have much of a sign....but they do have great tongue tacos.....
