It is by far one of the consistently best restaurants in town. But don't tell anyone because then all the tourists will go there and we'll never be able to get service and they'll jack up their prices. I'm still regretting I told everyone about Sanka Grill, because that's exactly what happened to that place.

Agreed!

In 25 years of never having a bad meal there (in fact its my "first night in Z staple) the only time I was dissapointed was with their mole..waaaay too sweet...and not nearly enough zip.

We'll have to try La Jaiba. I suppose a place can have a bad mole day, but last time we figured Tamales Any would have decent mole, but it was way too heavy on the chocolate.
