Thanks everyone - I did the obvious thing, call them up, and made my reservations. They seem to focus on a different email address than what is listed on their web site.

I stayed there this year and they were wonderful hosts. Great place as well.

I have been trying to contact the Arena Suites for reservation next winter for the past several months. Usually they are slow but never so non-responsive.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any reasons they are not responding?

All I can suggest is that in anything Zihuatanejo-related patience is a virtue.

Since I have no idea where you left things off in your email exchanges I really don't know what more to say. Tere and Pepe are wonderful folks who are eager to please their guests, so I'm sure they'll be glad to answer any questions you may have as soon as possible.
