Notario in Zihua who speaks English
Hello everyone. I’m looking for a notario that speaks English for a purchase. If not, Has anyone used notary number 5 or 10 in Acapulco? I prefer to stay in Zihua if anyone can share their experience I would greatly appreciate it thank you.

I have done some work with #4 who has a fellow named David working there who acts as sort of a 'paralegal' (although I don't actually think there is a profession in Mexico called paralegal).
David is a fine gentleman who speaks a very acceptable English and can act as a fairly reliable translator.

I recommend using Bolivar Navarrete for a lot of reasons. His English may not be perfect, I don't know, I've never tried speaking with him in English, but he's taken care of my family for decades. You should be able to communicate fine. It behooves you to be able to do business with people like him in Spanish, at least to try.

You should be able to communicate fine. It behooves you to be able to do business with people like him in Spanish, at least to try.
Maybe take a friend or hire a local who can translate for you? Since this is a real estate transaction, it would pay to have the help of someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English to make sure nothing is lost in translation, yes?

Call Pedro Moreno 672-119-2398 He drives a cab and speaks perfect English. When we were selling our house, he was very helpful with dealing with non-English speaking bureaucrats.
