Actually the recommendation is to not take NSAIDS before a vaccine. The most common are Inuprofen (Motrin) and Naproxen (aleve). Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is not a NSAID and will not affect the immune system. Keep in mind that this advice is from a small study done on children with a completely different vaccine. The children who had taken an NSAID before immunization had a slightly lower, but still effective, antibody response.
The study found NO EFFECT for NSAIDS taken after vaccination.

Since both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are completely different than any other vaccines, it would be hard to generalize this study to them. The safest thing would be to rely on Tylenol rather than NSAIDS for a couple of days before and after.
