The one thing that has been studied, (sort of since it was in kids with different vaccines) was that NSAIDS (Advil, Aleve) do blunt the antibody response a bit but the patients still had protective levels

I just got my first shot in British Columbia. There was no mention of anything to do with alcohol consumption either in the handouts or verbally from the RN who administered the shot!
