Customs

This is a very negative way to run a destination that depends on tourism. I am coming down in November 'with the clothes on my back' and a carry-on with shorts and t-shirts. This is 3rd world corruption and shake-down stuff. Who knows what else these thugs could impose. If I have a difficult time I won't be back.
