Deborah’s is another great restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Their filete de dorado mojo de ajo appears as a basic plate. However, I believe they use bigger chunks of ajo which allows for greater carmelization which perfectly adds a fine crust to the filete.

Their salsa de Chile de arbol has a great balance of oil and heat which perfectly accompanies a piece of the filete in a tortilla with a slash of limon.

And of course, tasteful margaritas.

They are scheduled to start receiving/serving atun next week. The atun is served over a mango sauce.

They are located in Ixtapa in the corner of the parking lot where Merza is located - far left corner when facing Merza.
