The Noise of the Sea Exceeds that of Thoughts

When Venus is in the 7th house of Aquarius it tends to crescendo, much like

Ah, methinks that it has more to do with the direction of the wind and whether or not there is a cloud cover.

Point of information: Venus at times is situated in the constellation of Aquarius. However, there is no 7th house of Aquarius. The houses in astrology are defined by the relationship of the current position of the Earth as it spins on its axis. Of course, over analyzing a joke only makes the individual doing the analysis look that much more stupid. My apologies but I couldn't help it. It's a sickness.
