Rental car recommendations

I had a good experience with Thrifty/Hertz. Easy, got the car I reserved online, good price, and they have printed policy of not requiring extra insurance if you already have it through a credit card or wherever. Declining everything does result in a hefty deposit hold on a credit card.

I also recommend Jonny Cash Rental Car just outside the airport. Family run, professional, and they will deliver the car and pick it up wherever you want. They build in insurance to their price, so a bit higher, but better price including insurance than the big chain places.
