Covid vaccine question

I am Canadian over 65 and have had all 5 shots that have been recommended. In my experience, I find that Covid is very much alive and thriving but to those of us that are fully vaccinated it is a non issue. My brother who has COPD and my best friend who recently had a lung removed because of mesothelioma have both contracted the disease and have lived through it fairly easily. Previously this would have been a death sentence. Everyone will have their own opinions of course but for me, if there is a vaccination I will take it as I have seen the benefits first hand.
