I have asked someone from the guitar fest to respond to this but it will be a while before anyone can respond as they are still busy wrapping things up. In the meantimeit is evident that the masses of concrete have made the usual space by the museum unusable or at least in the local admins eyes. I am not there but I know the organizers well and am certain this was not their choice.
