Guerrero's state health officials register NO currently active cases of Covid-19 along the entire Costa Grande, 67 in Acapulco, and 172 in the entire state.

Although there certainly are some visitors around, this is the calm before the storm. Next weekend will be a busy one here as will the entire week that follows: Semana Santa. Enjoy the relative peace and quiet while you can. ;-)

It's still cool enough to sleep under a light sheet at night, and the ocean water still feels on the cool side to locals while warm to folks from inland and northern places. Heard some waves early this morning, but the bay remains very calm.
