Nice boat washed ashore on La Ropa

Saw it this morning. My husband says it's not a local boat. Probably from the tournament and got away from its anchor last night.

The good news is the tide is rising, and they should be able to pull it free before nightfall if they can keep it from sinking too much into the sand.

Spoke too soon. It doesn't look like they know what they're doing. I've seen several large waves actually lift the boat, but no one was paying attention or trying to move the boat, and then they started pulling on the anchor ropes which are tied high on the gunwale, not low, so the bottom only digs in deeper when they pull. They need to rock the boat out of the sand and push it out quickly when a series of big waves hits.
