ear doctor and hearing aids

Has anyone had experience with an ear doctor for a good checkup and audio-ologist to do the hearing aid test and program hearing aids. Either in Zih or Morelia. Costco in Morelia use to have a Kirkland hearing aid both but don't know if they are still there and if anyone speaks English. I have 7 year old Kirkland hearing aids that need replacement.
